    We understand that offering returns facility is an integral part of retail business. Hence we have adopted a returns policy that allows us to maintain our low costs and also helps the customers in genuine cases.

    Halloweencostumesale.com allows returns under following conditions:

    • Return request must be made within 72 hours of the delivery date.
    • Item must be in new condition for refund to be processed. If the retail packaging is damaged or the costume has been noticeably used, your refund will not be processed.
    • Orders placed between Midnight of October 15th until Oct 31 st of every year will NOT be eligible for refund or exchange and all sale in this period are considered final. However, during this period, if you have received a wrong costume from our side or there is a manufacturing defect, you can inform us about the same within 72 hours and take our authorization for the same. We will accept your return after the Halloween season and offer you full credit (minus all shipping costs).
    • Once an order has been shipped or sent to the warehouse for packing, shipping charges are non-refundable. Also since we operate at very low margins and many of the costumes and accessories are of very low costs, you will have to ship the items for returns or exchanges at your costs.
    • If you received a wrong item or a damaged item from our side, we will replace the item free of cost after you return the wrong / damaged item. You must send out the item within 72 hours. In case there is no time to receive a replacement you can avail of a full refund (minus shipping costs which is not refunded).
    • If for any reason, you want to exchange an item with another item of equivalent or higher costs, you will need to place the new order and return the item to be exchanged. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs).
    • If the size does not fit or you do not like the item or want to return an item for any other reason without an exchange then 25% restocking fee will apply.
    • Refund is normally credited to your account within 10-15 working days of receiving the return shipment. However orders returned in September and October may take 2-3 months to process.
    • Please do not return any item, without getting an approval and return authorization from our customer care department.
