You’ll find our Product Categories listed along the left hand side of the web page. Click on any of these categories to view the sub-categories. We have also bifurcated the products by various themes which are displayed in the middle section and right panel on the home page and on the left panel on the inside pages.

    Step One: Make your selection.

    Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, to place your order simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and then click on the “GO” button which appears next to the item you’ve selected. Depending on the item you are purchasing you may have other options to complete such as a color or size. Also enter the quantity.     Step Two: Check Out (Create Account, Shipping & Payment Options)

    Assuming you’ve made your selection and are now ready to checkout, click on the “Checkout” button. You’ll be presented with a Login screen. If you are a new customer, enter your contact information. Make sure it's accurate. If you are a returning customer, enter your Email Address and old order number or password.  At this point you'll see our "Additional Information" screen where you tell us where you want your order shipped as well as the full billing address. Once you have made your selections, click on the “CHECKOUT” button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.
    The next screen is the order confirmation Screen. Here you will check and confirm your shopping cart and the shipping and billing address and you be directly connected to the UPS System which will calculate the shipping charge automatically and display you the various shipping options with the charges. This is a High tech option that is available only at “HALLOWEENCOSTUMESALE.COM”. This elimates the chances of the customer paying more than what UPS will actually charge. After Selecting the right option as per as your requirement you can add any special comments with regards to the order for example no signature needed etc… Once you are done with that you need to click on Proceed to Payment button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

    Step Three:
    Secured Payment

    The Next screen will take you to Paypal.com our payment processing partner, which is a totally Secured site and one of the worlds largest payment processing company. Here you need to select the option of not having a paypal account and further on enter you credit card info as requested. Once you are done click on “PAY” option. After the transaction is complete click on RETURN TO MERCHANT option.  You will be redirected to order confirmation page. Please Note the “ORDER NO”.
